Our Home
Casa Coniglio is situated on the slopes of hills overlooking the protected Alcantara river Oasis, The Etna Volcano and the sea in the background.
Life can sometimesbecome (a bit) too much, overwhelming and stressful, and you can feel confused and lost.
Our lovely home is immersed in nature’s colours, sounds and perfumes which will bring you back to your balanced self.
Here you will surely find much needed rest for your body and your soul!
Imagine waking up with this view, having breakfast on our big veranda sipping in every ray of sun while listening to the sound of the river and the wind…
We are blessed with our lovely animals:
– Max and Orietta are our Sicilian Mixed-breed doggies, he can be quite protective and she is more of a sweet girl. They complete each other.
– Diana and Amelie our cute and soft cats, they love to quarrel but we know that deep down they love each other <3.
– Chicken and Geese.
Last year we traded our pop up Swimming pool with a real one, approx 8 by 5 metres.
You are free to use the pool at any time of the day and night, just remember that we also enjoy it very much and might come and use it too!
Inside, the apartment is approximately 50 sqm, divided in a living room of 30 sqm, a 12 sqm elevated open bedroom and a seperate 6.5 sqm bathroom.
Some nice additions:
– Air Conditioning/fans
– Free parking space
– Fast Wifi
– Pool
– BBQ area
– pick your own vegetables and fruits (depending on the season)
– We produce our own vinegar, olive oil and wine.
– We make our own marmelades and liquors 😉
The kitchen
is fully furnished with:
– stove
– oven
– refrigerator and freezer
– toaster
– coffee machine
– blender, etc.
All utensils, plates, pots and pans are also available for you to use.
The living area
has a TV with international channels, good working and fast Wi-Fi and a very comfortable sleeping couch that sleeps 2.
The bedroom
is located on a mezzanine and has a queen size bed and a wardrobe, upon request we can also add a baby cot.
It sleeps four/five people, two adults and two children would be the best solution but four/five adults is possible too, although you might find that you will lack some privacy.
The bathroom
is furnished with:
– shower
– basin
– toilet and bidet
– washing machine
– hairdryer
– iron and board
– shampoo & conditioner
– etc.
